many of you were interested in those (sunrise fan blocks) with the appliqued geese in them I made for the outdoorsy quilt I made for my niece--- I had a newsletter this morning from: Quilting Books Patterns and Notions --- and while scrolling down /browsing the patterns I found the pattern for the quilt I saw years ago- and wanted--that had those blocks! it is called October Sky from Time to Quilt. so, anyone looking for those blocks---here you go.

I have been working on that pattern for the last couple months. Many firsts for me in it, but love how it is coming out.
