    Quilt measurements made easy discovery

I was looking on Pinterest for Irish Chain Quilts. I never did one before and wasn't sure whether I would need to buy a book, or a pattern, or could I just do it myself. Then I discovered an entry with a link to this site:

    http://www.waukinvnetcorp.com/myquil...rish_quilt.php

It let me play with all sort of quilt sizes, number of blocks, size of blocks, etc. Then it takes your choices and gives you yardage, cutting, and assembly instructions for your desired quilt. It offered the same design process for many different styles of quilts, but since I was looking for Irish chain, my search was mostly done on that style.

Check it out, it is very useful.

PS Sure hope this link works

Lindaschipper, how do you do that? Sounds like what I need. I find stuff and then it goes into the internet ether. :^))

I checked out the directions for finishing the binding. It says to put WRONG sides together. That will not work well.
