    Thanks for the fantastic idea, I don't have any extra decent towels so I think i will hit the thrift store and see what I can find. I am in desperate need of a bath mat and this is great timing.

    Thanks Craftybear. I purchased a matching large bath towel and a hand towel recently in chocolate brown. Went to Hobby Lobby and got some coordinating fabric....hunting dog print, a solid and a plaid and will make a 16x26 bath mat and will embroider his name on the bath towel. Gift for my SIL birthday. Thanks for sharing with us. P.S. I noticed you have been away, also. You always have such great postings.
