    We are doing a Whistle Stop which consists of members doing different demos for our Feb. meeting. One member is going to do something like this called snipits. This looks like fun.

    I got her video and it is quite comprehensive and interesting, well worth the price. I still have not gotten to trying the technique, but will one of these days. What interested me is that this lady's version uses a powdered glue and Jan only used the tulle without any glue or adhesion.

    I've watched the video several times and I think the power holds the confetti in place. I just a beginner trying to figure out new stuff to do.
