I don't have an iPad but read about this app this morning that sounds pretty cool:

BlockFab-HD is the iPad version of the free fabric calculator utility application for the Apple iPhone and iPod touch. BlockFab-HD is available on the Apple App Store asBlockFab-HD [App Store link].
In addition to using the larger screen and adding some more blocks, a new Slideshow feature has been added.
