    Great link...was surprised by the very first myth...thought most women had to quilt since little could afford to buy fabrics or blankets and used whatever scraps they could scrape together from worn out clothes... to keep their families warm at night? Were they not quilts too? This one confused me.

    Interesting! I had seen articles that had debunked some of these myths, but it's nice to seen them in one place.
