I found this youtube for making what they call a envelope pillowcase. Sandi19 supplied a pattern for this, but some were a bit confused (me included) UNTIL, I watched this video...she is doing a envelope pillowcase for a small cushion, but tells you how to figure it out for any size pillow. Easy peasy once I watched this video
