Default Rotary blade tip.
Just found this tip whilst meandering around the quilting web. Must get something done now!

Cutting foil also sharpens your scissors. Professional sharpening is better but this will help.

I tried that tip on scissors and it didn't help a bit!

It might work for you, for me it just made a mess and the blade wasn't any sharper.
