Make the center strip about 5 inches wide, add a strap and you have a great PJ bag for a little girl.

That pattern could be converted to a quilt block so easy. Just fill in the outside with solid blocks to the desired size. Make a cute quilt.

I've actually made a whole bunch of those as "purses" and added a zipper for my daughter and some of her little friends. They now have puppy purses. They also have matching doggies. Didn't know there was an actual pattern for them.

the link wouldn't open for me so I went into dsquilts.com and then clicked on her patterns - love the scotty dog but did anyone notice the single girl quilt - love it too - a single ring instead of a double wedding ring -
