this site has another pattern that I made it's call crayon box and I was just about to give away my tub of scraps,of which I was tired of, when I saw this. Once I finished sewing this pile I had 8 queen size tops for my charity quilts. It goes together quickly and is fun to do

CraftyBear I want to thank you for all the crazy strips and scraps ideas ..I am not very good with picking the right color combos ....But with all this input for new and old ideas with scraps and strips makes it a no brainer..
Thanks again

Thanks for keeping so many great ideas coming!!!! Lately, I have been making runners that I end up with leftover pieces of 2" strips....this will be perfect for using them up.

thanks for the links. These would make very inexpensive gifts since I have lots of scraps. Not enough time right now so I bookmarked all three of your links for another day.
