This is neat. I have two treadle Singer machines. One was manufactured in 1910 and the other in 1928. They both work fine. I bought one from a lady years ago and I inherited the other from my Mom who passed away last year. I plan to give my sister one of them.

I have an old Singer Sewing machine that I inherited from my mother-in-law that has a cabinet with drawers that could serve the purpose. Thanks for posting the photo.
