This pattern is perfect to use as a QAYG. Instead of sewing all the strips as in the directions, lay the first one in the middle of your batting, put your next strip face to face and sew a 1/4 inch seam, flip over, finger press (or iron) and keep going untill you reach the end. then do the other side the same way. Then but on a border or not and bind. WaLa...
