I know I probably should have posted this somewhere else on this board, but I figured I would reach more people this way. I belong to a non-profit organization called the army of women that is dedicated to eradicating breasst cancer by doing NEW research, not the same old stuff they've done for years. This board is from all areas and that is what we need, lots of women from all walks of life. The goal is to be 1 million strong. Let's go for it.

I will join also. I was lucky, now all I do when I wake up in the morning is to slip my Bosom Buddy in my left bra, and go on with my life.

Some of my friends are no longer here, so I'm lucky.

I strongly suspect that I had a hand in my breast cancer, I foolishly allowed myself to take the two combined hormones that my doctor solemnly and firmly assured me was vitally necessary for my health. I don't think so now, what was a few hot sweats compared to cancer? The cancer that was glossed over at that time. Then when women started refusing these the horse pee drugs, breast cancer totals went down. Too late for lots of women, but it's time to look for new accelerants for such cancers. Time to find an answer before my great grand daughters grow boobs.
