Cute pattern. Always wondered what the trick was. I am going to try this but make the blocks a little bigger and stitch the diagonal without have to sew the bias edge. Sort of how EB would do it.

Yes, thanks so much for sharing. I think this will make great quilts and with each set of fabrics picked out, each quilt will look very different.

I had to re-read it. The key is to make two separate piles after first cut.

Wht a great pattern. I think I'll make 4-6 blocks for a table topper just to try it in something fast.
