Thousands of Bolts Online Quilt Design

I just checked out the new (to me at least) features on the 1000s of Bolts website. They allow you to create blocks and design quilts using the fabrics from their store. The feature I liked is that the fabrics are shown to scale. What a great way to audition fabrics together before ordering. It also calculates yardage. You can view the video tutorials by clicking on About Our Site, then selecting Video Tutorials from the drop down.

I'm not affiliated with 1000s of Bolts other than being a customer. I've always been very satisfied with their service and the quality of the fabrics. Just thought I'd share this useful feature I discovered on the website.

I like Thousands of Bolts and have purchased fabrics from them. The features you mention are definitely useful.

You could say that I am a fan - sort of. Their site frustrates me because I can see at most 36 fabrics on one screen, and their filter/sort really stinks. i hate flipping through 30+ pages to find a fabric, so frequently I just don't shop there!

Maybe their next improvement will fix what i don't like about their site!
A quilt is like a good life. It's full of mistakes, but, in the end, it looks pretty good.
