    I do like to use painter's tape to stitch along but it's a great tip for not sewing down the edge.

    I am considering doing more straight line quilting. I have a Phaff which does great straight line stitching with the built in IDT. I is soooo costly to send quilts out for long arm quilting. I am doing lots of quilts lately and would like to quilt some on my own. ANa try as I might I am just no good at FMQ

    So thanks, I have been looking at ideas for this, I like the random width, it looks very modern.

    Your tute came just in time. I love to free motion quilt but it causes problems with my neck muscles and I need to do something else. I'll give it a try next time.
