Default Typo?????

I was on quilt in a day site and there was an ad for GO Qube 9"... Reg price $170.00-------sale price $169.99. I think there may be a typo there,,,,,it will be interesting to see when it gets corrected....

Too funny! Don't go spending that one cent in all one place.

She or orion do that quite often on a lot of items...especially when there is a discount offered that doesn't apply to sale items. Their percentage discount never apply to sale items.

A few yrs back I had my eye on a Singer in a JoAnn's. It was 40lbs lighter than my traveling companion. Reg price was 249.77 -a lot of money on a fixed income. I had a cleaning job so between it and my monthly fabric allowance I could get it in 2 months time. I go to buy this machine and the clerk tells me if I wait they were having a big sewing machine sale the next week. So whats another week.Ad came- save $50. on all machines. My machine was 249.77 marked down from 299.76. I don't deal with JoAnn anymore. But a couple days later I went shopping with a friend and found this same machine -not on sale, I bought an extra 5yrs warranty my total out the door was less than 185 at K-Mart. I've quilted at least 40 Q size quilts on this machine and she's still as good as new.

ha, ha, ha. but it got your attention, didn't it?
Stitchit- I've seen many stores do that over the decades. Standard cheating practice. don't know what else to call it. I too watch prices before sales, just in case.

Greed seems to be getting real bad. Lots of companies and even just a person like to cheat people.
Always best to look for the best price on anything.
