Default circle flower stitcher

Has anyone tried one of these?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Flower-Stitc...item43ba0884aa
I have purchased different attachments for all of my sewing machines. Some work some don't work. Living on SS, I don't have money to flit away.
But this sounded like a quick fix to put some detail in my flower appliques.
Thanks for any and all help
Monica

Looks like a handy gadget. Plus free shipping and $10 off first order, if that is true, you would only be out $2.44 if it didn't do the job you had in mind. Maybe you could call your dealer and ask them if they carry it, or if they think it would work?

You don't really need the attachment.

There's a tutorial here on Quilting Board
http://www.quiltingboard.com/tutoria...s-t210681.html

Those circle attachments apparently don't fit all machines. Read the requirements or ask before purchasing.

There is a lot of negative feedback on this seller. You should read the negative feedback before you decide to buy.

I have this device. When I used it on my Pfaff it would only sew backwards (maybe it is supposed to?) and would not sew the patterned stitches. Quite frankly, i/ think Nancy Zieman's method of taping a drawing pin to the bed of the machine is the best circle attachment.

I bought one of these not long before I had to move. I haven't had a chance to use it(not even sure where it is right now lol ) so am kinda interested in seeing if it works or not.

You can take a pencil eraser, I use the auto pencil ones and put over top of the tack after placing the fabric on the tack to hold it in place and keep from sticking yourself with it. Up until Viking came up with the circle maker this yr that also does flowers I always kept the thumb tack w/eraser taped to the side of my machine. I couldn't see buying something that I could make for free.
