A great reminder and the triangle square-up sounds like a very good thing. Thanks Crafty

I just cut some fabric with stars in lines...it was way off and had I straighten it so all the stars were straight I wouldn't have had enough...learned a big lesson...when ordering online...buy extra to straighten.

Thanks so much for this site - this is something I have struggled with. I will definitely be trying it. And I enjoyed many of the videos attached to this one!

This is a very timely post for me! Tomorrow I will be cutting strips. I especially appreciate the tip of using a triangular ruler to be sure the straight ruler is square with the fabric. I have folded the fabric in half before but was afraid to try to do another fold! Thanks so much. It will go so much faster.
