    Wallhanging for January

Hello - I know I got the link for this free program on this forum. I was so excited yesterday to finally see the January wallhanging! http://www.homespunhearth.com/search...aramTxt=Pin-it

I really love the pattern, and I'm thinking I might try one of their suggestions for colors and do this in japanese prints. I think I'll do a gray tree to soften it up for the prints I have on hand.

Anyway, thank you for getting me this ... whoever it was!

I want to do this, but how do I get the free pattern?

I have to say that I really love that pattern and I almost downloaded it and then decided that my "bucket list" was already too long. My quilting area looks like a tornado hit and I really want to do everything that is staring at me. How do you quilters get so much accomplished? I want to know your secret.

I downloaded Homespun Hearth's free pattern for January yesterday. I do like the colors they used - quite bright and cheerful, but I am interested in knocking down my stash some. Has anybody made this yet in different colors, and if so, could you post them? I'm thinking about maybe doing it in some Hawaiian fabrics I have, but I don't have all of the gradients in color - only about 3 per color and they do have hibiscus on some of them, which may make it too busy ...
