I found a link to where Walmart gets most of their fabric. They have an archive of the offered quilt patterns. Here is the link:

The Walmart closest to me has the Quilt of the Month and most of the fabric says David's Textiles. It is the exact same fabric sent to a lot of quilt shops by David Textiles. It is very good fabric. Very few Walmarts have the quilt of the month fabrics. I buy three yards of each fabric for the month of David's Textile fabric. It's under $3 yard here.

FYI: I doubled a yard of David Textile Walmart fabric and quilted it together. I have tossed it in every load of laundry I have done for the last few months. The fabric looks great and no fraying or weakening at the seams or quilt lines. My cat sleeps on it on top of the dryer while waiting for the next wash.

Last months QOM wasn't very good quality it was very thin. No one bought it even when they marked it down. I was very disappointed.

Last month here was the red white and blue fabric and it was not David's Textile fabric. I could tell a big difference. I bought it for lining for tote bags I'm making and to wrap clothesline for making fabric bowls.

I am new to this quilting, and just registered on this site today. I just went to the Discount Fabrics Store in the old movie theater on Adams Avenue here in San Diego, CA. They have a LOT David Textiles in their store, I bought several pieces, from their upstairs remnant section. They were $2.49 a yard!
