    That is a really cute quilt. I was wondering what I was going to do with my license plates.....cool!

    A lot of people are putting them on the backs of their row quilts

    Thanks! I bought a pattern from an Olean, NY shop that had a VW Bug with the plate on it. My thought was to put the plates around the car similar to this one and use it on the back of the Row by Rows. I really liked collecting the plates, but don't know if I'd do it again.

    I Steam a Seamed one onto a Tee shirt - did not sew it down. Turned it inside out and washed in cold water -- it came off the shirt and faded!
