Thanks for the link. I have the book in this video. It's a good one. I have made the tree skirt into a table topper with christmas fabrics. I need to embroider the center and place it and it is ready for quilting. There was no binding, you turned it inside out, so I crossed my fingers I was right on.

I had no idea there was so much waste. I have always wanted to make one but didn't get the ruler yet. Now I'm not so sure.. Hmmmm
Lack of planning on your part does NOT nessessitate an emergency on my part.

There isn't much waste. You cut half of the wedges from the opposite side of your first cut so you use all that fabric that was between the first wedges. There's probably enough for a potholder left.Originally Posted by Colbaltjars62
