I had an ex-BF that said he could not understand why someone would go out and buy perfectly good material, cut it up into little pieces, then turn around and sew it back together again. He just didn't understand. If that makes me crazy, then so be it.

Did you tell your boss this is what keeps you from going crazy?? *LOL* it's our therapy!! My Mom used to tell me "I was just as happy as if I had good sense" Maybe that was a nice way of saying I was crazy?? Linda B.

That's pretty much what my dad said when I showed him a design I was working on. "Do you have to sew all those little squares together?" He might have thought I was crazy but he didn't say it. Guess that's because he's my dad. LOL

Oh yes. I made a miniature quilt for a swap. It was 12"x12" and had over 600 pieces. When she took it to her quilt group to show one woman told her I must be insane, LOL!

OMG... 600 pieces in a 12 x 12.... okay, I'll have to agree with the insanity one.... WOW .... I'm stuttering with my fingers. You got any pictures of that??? (the 12 x 12, not my fingers, lol)
