Hi, a question for the knowledgeable members: what is "Carolina Cloth"? I've seen it for sale, described as:
"60 x 60 thread count
4.4 oz per square yard
Pre Shrunk
Permanent Press"

In quilting, how does it compare to Muslin? or Broadcloth? or premium quilting fabric? Anyone have experience with it AFTER it has been used, washed, and used s'more?

If it says it is permanent press, it must have polyester in it, where quilting cottons do not. I have never seen a cotton that did not wrinkle when washed  :D:D:D

if you google it you find that the definition is a broadcloth made in South Carolina. By definition, broadcloth is a finer weave than muslin so has a smoother finish. Can it be used for quilting...yes, anything can be used - it's your choice.
