I've been having some trouble emailing this to some of you who asked for it, so I'm trying one more time to post it for everyone. I hope it works this time!

Just Because Quilt

quilt size 62 X 72
borders 2" and 4"
block size 10" (9-1/2 sewn to the other blocks)

This can easily be made with 2 fat quarters (or 1/4 or less) of each color, depending on how many colors you choose.

60, 3-7/8 squares (A)
30, 7-1/8 squares (B)
30, 10-1/2 X 3-7/8 rectangles (C)

1st border 2"
2nd border 4"

Piece both "A's" together and then piece it to "B", then piece it to "C" to make your block.

Thanks - for sharing. I have just officially joined but have been looking at this site for a while. Didn't want to be rude and just take the pattern with out acknowledging my appreciation.

Thanks sewnsewr! this is the perfect pattern for my gf who is, b/c of my influence of course, thinking of starting her first quilt (I almost got her hooked!). She actually checked some quilting mags out of the library   ! So, I will download this pattern and show it to her - so Thanks!
