"Losing Supplies" ie rulers, etc
#11
Thank you for all the suggestions, they are good ones, and yes, I do not like thinking what I am thinking about how my supplies disappear. I will be more careful next time as this has happened before to me. Today I called everyone who was at the table and didnt have any luck in locating who has it. I am hoping they will go through their stuff and find it after all, but each one said they didnt have it.

Oh, I'm so sorry this happened to you. Really leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.
I went to a large show and took a class with a nationally known teacher. We all paid for a set of handpainted fabric. I went to lunch and when I came back, my last green piece was missing. I had plans to use it and tore things apart looking for it. Now, I couldn't prove it and didn't want to believe it, but the 'nice' lady next to me suddenly had a lot more green in her wallhanging piece. Learned a lesson there. But, at least, it wasn't an expensive tool instead.

I feel your pain. I am so sorry that happened to you and I know we want to think the best of people. I will go to Joann's with my coupon and get another, keep a closer watch on my supplies I take with me. At least mine is something that can be replaced. Not like your missing fabric.

I use a fine sharpie in a color like purple; my first inital and las name are written under the manufactures name ie:omnigrid
name is not very large and you have to pick it up to see the name.
I like the suggestions above with something bright. I have a looped thingie on my scissors

I have a label maker and put my name on EVERYTHING!!! They don't mean to take anything. They just get all mixed up and they all look alike, so if they aren't marked with your name they are fair game I guess. LOL Sorry you lost your ruler. :-( :-(
