My mother's day/ graduation present this year was fantastic! my DH went to my LQS and finished paying for the Bernina 430 that I had put on lay-a-way and was not expecting to be able to pick up until september. I had no idea he was going to do that :-) He also found 2 quilt shops near the campground that we stay at on weekends during camping season, so I was able to get a bunch of the fat quarters for the next project I am making- its the iDo quilt from cherry house quilts. Then, my daughter gave me the book City Quilts, also from cherry house quilts this evening when I got home. Since I allow myself only one (quilting) project at a time, and need to FMQ my bargello wall quilt, I am going to set up my new machine to finish it, then I can start my new one. :-) Here is a pic of my next quilt

Thats great they did that for you. And that is a cool looking IDo quilt. Can't wait to see yours when you get it done.
