Dark spots on a quilt

How do I get the dark spots out of the quilt? What is the best method to remove the spots? Thank you.

How old is the quilt? What fabric(s) does the quilt consist of? Do you know what the spots are? How long have the spots been in it? Sorry for so many questions, but it matters. :)

Like she said need more info.......mold.....vinegar, peroxide for blood...........ect
