Default Channel quilt for leg pain

About a year ago, I read about a quilt for leg pain/restless leg syndrome. I think it was called a channel quilt. Does anyone know where I can find the instructions?

I think you mean a weighted blanket. http://www.crapivemade.com/2010/01/w...-tutorial.html

These are just the first ones that came up when I did a google search for weighted blanket pattern.

I have leg pain (arthritic back and sciatica) and RLS. I am now taking D3 (1000) and drink a small glass of tonic water with lime after dinner and it has helped a lot. I would'nt like anything heavy on my legs.

auntpiggylpn: Yes, this exactly what I was looking for. The second link is the one I will use. All I could remember was 'channel', so I didn't get anywhere with my searches. Thank you so much.

Little behind, but I have RLS and I like weight on my leg and thankfully my cat Rescue likes to lay on it for me. It does help me, odd as it sounds. lol

And making a blanket is fairly easy, as I have made one for my daughter who has SPD and for a friend whose son has autism.
