Any of the BQ quilts would work! Good luck...

I love BQ & BQ2. Many photos have been posted in previous post.

It is a fun and quick quilt to make.

This is my favorite 3 Fabric quilt. I have made several because it is so easy and my family loves it. Do 3 -2 1/2 wide strips & however wide the fabric is. , sew together then take 6 in triangle cut out shapes turning each way. then sew together like it shows on the quilt. Hope you understand this. lol Let me know if you like it and would need more info.

Default color quilt

Susan, I could not att. this to a private message so I am posting here. Hope this is ok. I know this pattern is out there somewhere but I saw it from someone else and figured it out myself so I do not know who to give the credit to. Hope I am not out of line here.

Do a google search for quilt with 3 fabrics. Or change wording and look at images.

Here are a couple of idea for you. Both are super-fast to piece and you can do a walking foot grid or fancier quilting and they turn out looking great!

This first one is essentially a modified rail fence layout with the center strip wider than the two outer ones. You could alternate center strips to use 3 fabrics instead of 2:

And this one can be used with a panel, or just patterned and/or solid fabrics as I have done:
