Default 3 x 2 triangles

I have several 3 x 2 triangles from an X's and O's quilt I'm making. I need some ideas/suggestions on how to use these. Thanks

P.S. I'm VERY new to quilting (or should I say piecing). And I love every minute of it.

What are 3x2 triangles? Do you mean 3" x 2" rectangles? Picture? Do you mean a square with 3 triangles in it, like this??

You mean the leftover triangle from sewing a small square to the corner of a bigger
square then cutting on the diagonal, right?
