I think you mean Jenny?

Not too long ago, there was a thread asking the same question.
I'm pretty sure the answer was given there.
... so you might want to look for that thread.
Or perhaps someone will give you the answer!

Looks like a cathedral window.

I have the book Better Homes and Gardens Creative American Quilting. On page 55 there is a quilt that looks exactly like the one on Jennys wall. They call it the Snowball Quilt. The quilt dates from the 30's and 40's.

Thanks, I was thinking snowball but couldn't see it clearly enough. And yes, I do mean Jenny.

It's not Cathedral Windows of which I am familiar ... of course, there may be a different style.
Likewise, not a snowball ... and again, perhaps there are variations?

I know - I tried to enlarge the pix and it seems like I can see triangles or something in corners.

It's like a Spiderweb block with reverse coloring.

Instead of the stars being muslim and strips used for the coloring of the octagons,
these are pieced with the 30's fabric in the center, and two large pieces of muslin on each side to form the QST.

I don't know that I'd have quilted it in the grid pattern but here are the components:
