I think I'll pre-wash this time. and I'll remember to try the Quilter's Dream Blend 70/30 when I don't want to quilt as densely.

I love it. my favorite batting and walmart prices are pretty good. But I do like to quilt densely.

Ooh, I like the sound of the Quilters Dream batting. I'll have to do a search for it in my area. I don't usually quilt very densly, so I like a batting that gives me flexibility as to how far apart to quilt it. Thanks for the info! :-)
