Default Aaaargh!

I was really on a roll FMQ'ing this fleece-backed car seat blanket and patting myself on the back for my skills. Then I turned it over. At least I know I'm not alone - someone posted a photo almost exactly like this last week

I've done that same thing several times. Luckily I have been able to just cut around the threads and pull the piece out very carefully.

I think you should write your name and the date on it and call it the label.
