I've made several from sweatshirts and they're very comfortable, easy to wash. Twilight explained below the way I did mine. I made it from a man's sweatshirt so it would be longer and put a zipper in it. Think I'll try one with a hood on it this year if I have time. Have fun with it!

I've made alot of cloths and quilted cloths. I cut roughlythe pattern pc.quilted it used cotton, preshrunk it then cut it out
if your puttig the letter the back satinstitch the letter n in the accent color.

Thanks for all the great ideas. I will try the sweat shirt jackets. I'm always trying to think of new Christmas gifts. Everyone thinks I should make them quilts for Christmas But they have no clue in the time it takes:-)

I have my pattern cut out and the white fabric loaded on the short arm and ready to quilt this morning:-) I would like to have it done before Fridays game!
