I bought mine from a third party on amazon. They had the best prices.

Kathy, from the pinsandneedles group at Yahoo, sells them for 30% off msrp if paying by debit or credit, 35% off if paying by check.

Joanns most always has a disclaimer on their coupon that they cannot be used for die cutting systems, so as far as I know, the 35% off is as good as you'll get.
