Is that a Wal-Mart type brand, or a LQS quality? Your experiences in fading/wear?

I just bought some--and it doesn't feel as soft as I was hoping and seems a bit open in weave. It has an 's' on the selvage, and another mentioned it was Santee fabric. I had never heard of it either. It's pretty though.

Santee Fabrics is the manufacturer. They are in California and North Carolina. I googled.

And an offshoot of that wwesite takes you to alexander Henry fabrics. Oh ladies you should see their 100% cotton. Tatoo, western, asian, great fabrics to fussy cut from. My mind was going a mile a minute. Just google Santee Fabrics and then sit back and relax and look.

i've used santee fabric and i don't remember anything special, neither better nor worse, than other manufacturers. their pricing is about the going rate. it's all about whether or not you like the line that year. they're a legitimate brand name, if that's the question.
