I cannot get into any of the board topics without this ad taking over my computer. Since it's while I'm at work, I will not be able to look at this place until I get home & have a better chance at looking at topics w/o that frikkin' ad.

    much sadness is ensuing...

SO sorry, Maybe try again later. I don't get pop ups on mine so I must have something in here to protect me. I know when I want to look on the board and something prevents me, it's like not having my first cup of java. Not pretty. *H*U*G*S*

Have you tried going into Tools on your menu bar, then selecting Pop Up Blocker, then turning on Pop Up Blocker? Your Security settings in Internet Options may also be set too low.
Don't you just hate those nasty things a poppin up just when you want to see something?

I use microsoft security essentials and I don't get pop-ups. It's also a free download. I'm very pleased with it.

My Norton has a stop for popups and you can regulate how much you want plus if something slips buy I go to junk mail and then click on the stop and then they can not get back in
