I fell on a blog yesterday and the blogger had made the most
beautiful quilt. Turned out she used water soluble thread by mistake.
Needless to say the quilt was in pieces after washing. I'm sure I would have
cried.
So, this is a little reminder... if you have any of that thread around, make
sure to store it separately...mark it in red or anything that would distinguish
it from other threads. You've been warned. :twisted: :-D

It is easy to mistake it for monofiliment thread. I actually keep mine in a small plastic bag so it is not affected by humidity.

I use it to baste. I wish they would make it an offbeat color so it wouldn't be confused with real thread.

I keep mine on a separate ziploc labeled and on a small drawer. I keep a bobbin with it also filled with it.
