I am planning to buy a Grace frame at AllBrands. Do you know this company? Thank you, Pinot

they usually get good reviews. i've purchased feet a few times and have always been pleased. i vaguely remember one complaint. it was a very complicated situation involving a controversy over whether or not the item was returnable.

as a general note, i encourage everybody to check the return policies before making a major purchase from any website.

thank you for your help. as I live in France and the frame has to be exported I already had a few mails with the lady from the company and she seemes okay to me. But I wanted to ask the board too to be sure. thanks again!

Thank you so much! Did you perhaps buy a frame there too?I still have to buy a sewingmachine to put on the frame and haven't decided yet which one. Do you think the stitch regulator is a thing I should buy with the frame? are there more parts that are usefull to buy but maybe not right away?

I bought my Brother Nouvelle 1500 from them to go on my D-M Frame. I got the best price and great service and it quilts beautifully. I recommend them and the machine.

I've done business with them....zero issues. Good service.
