Follow the steps but the only spot I had to puzzle out is when you are sewing the lining. The first side is easy but when you do the second side, the whole pantie section is folded right side together. The whole lining is folded on itself on top of the folded panty section for sewing the zipper top but make sure the zipper is open so you can turn then right side out after sewing.
Here is a little pencil sketch of what I am trying to describe. The panty and the lining are off set in the drawing but when sewing they are stacked on top of each other. Hope it helps.

I posted a reply and it did not take I guess. Does anyone have dimensions for the panty itself. I printed the one from the PDF link and it sure seems small.
    Thanks

I agree with you, evelyn5269, so what I did was to print it out and then add about 4 or 5 inches, which makes it quite a bit larger, the original size from the pdf, I wouldn't have even been able to put my keys in it. LOL

They are cute, I couldn't use one, because I carry too much stuff. Think they would embarrass me.

Since these panties have a zipper, are they really made to be a small purse???

I gave all mine away but if you print at 100% they are correct. The top of the pattern measures a tad over 6 inches. It is wider at the side for the legs. They are meant to be the size of a change purse. Sorry you had trouble putting together. Once you get it though, it makes sense and they are super easy to make. I told you they were addictive.
