I am going to try and post some pictures of these snakeskin panties as I put in the zipper.

3rd picture where I have folded the panty RST up to the open zipper and folded the lining RST up the the open zipper . You may notice I stitched around the edge of my panty to hold the batt and lace in place to make it easier for sewing in the zipper. You don't have to do that but I find it easier. I also do my zig zag stitching later.

Now the zipper is pinned to the edges but you can't put it under the sewing machine to stitch it until you stack the pantry and lining on top of each other as I was trying to describe earlier.

my zipper is in and I have again laid out the panty and liner in the position to sew around the edges before turning right side out. Good luck with your panties!

Important, as you can see in the last picture the tab is beyond the panty edge. You must zip the zipper up a little until the pull is inside the edge. I carefully sew right over the extra zipper and trim it off before turning the panties right side out through the half way open zipper. Finish as in Debbie's great tutorial.

Like others, I clicked on this thread because of the title. Got a good laugh. Now, some have posted about having owned panties with zippers. As I guy, I've never heard of such a thing and googled women's zipper panties. Oh my! Some of the photos were definitely "for mature audiences only." Especially the thongs.

Panties continued in a slightly different way as to eliminate the hand sewing. I stitch the panty and lining edges edges and leave just the leg openings open for turning. I pink my panty let openings so they make a nice curve when turned. Trim off any extra threads and zipper end.

I have turned the panties right side out through the leg opening and open zipper. I pin and stitch the lining to the peaks of my panty pinked edges. Sew and trim the corners for the final turning and sewing.

I turn the panties right side out and press the bottom edge with my iron until I get it perfect. I then do my zig zag stitching from the crotch to the corners, increasing the size of my zig zag when I get to the thicker outer corners. I tie off and bury the thread ends with my easy thread hand needle.
