You could always buy a pretty print with angels in it and make BIG blocks, since you are rather pressed for time.

Here's another one!

http://erinrussek.typepad.com/one-pi...lt-a-long.html (scroll down) Change the colors and it could be any angel for any season.

I made a beautiful angel quilt a couple of years ago. I found material with angels that were between 4-5" then fussy cut them and put 2 boarders around them(to make the block bigger) and sewed them together. It turned out to be very nice

How bout finding a pic of an angel you like, copying it and making it into an aplique. Then you could just make it with borders or blocks or whatever you like. I'm not so good with patterns myself it seems to stifle my creativity.

Boy are you in luck. Fat Cat quilt patterns has a block of the month of angels. Just adorable. She just posted the 5th one and if you need it sooner than when all are published, you can buy the complete set. Otherwise PM me and I will let you see what are avaliable so far. Thewy re so cute and not hard. I plan on doing it when I have the whole set. Just go to FatCat BOM and it will come up. Good luck.

Try this website for some lovely designs

http://www.kookaburracottagequilts.com.au

They are all gorgeous and there are about 4 of the patterns which have angels in them.

Good luck. I hope you find something you really like.
