I used these blocks and Anita's method on my " I love pie quilt". LOVED making them it was so fast and fun! I agree with getting the book!

My daughter enlarged the pattern from Quiltmaker to make a larger version for a large Christmas quilt-fewer blocks. She is having so much fun with this, I am thinking the book would make a nice birthday gift.

If you want a big block, cut the square to 12" and then measure 3" to cut instead of 2". Makes a nice big block and sews up so fast!
