I was invited to a 31 party last night (31 is a catalog company that sells purses, bags, and some coordinating accessories for them. Their consultants have parties much like Tupperware or Mary Kay parties). Instead of looking at the bags and purses the consultant had on display, I first inspected the pretty yellow and white quilt being used for the table topper on which the bags were being displayed!

Your kids ask you to put something other than quilting supplies on your birthday/Christmas/mother's day wish list.

We love to watch the old TV shows "Little House On The Prarie" is one of my favorites and I love looking to see what kind of quilt is on the beds.

Your in the copy room at work waiting while billions of copies are being made and you look around at all the supplies and office junk stored there and wonder how can"that", and "that" be used in my quilting room.

One of my favorite musical movies is "Little Shop of Horrors." I hadn't seen it in a number of year so my DD got me the DVD for Christmas. The first thing I noticed was the Grandmothers Flower Garden quilt on his bed. Funniest thing was DGD noticed it too. A born quilter I guess.

It is amazing where you see quilts and you're NOT really looking for them. They are everywhere ...
