Craigs list has a Grace frame - metal expandable to 5'-10' with Instiria mega quilter listed for $2500. it comes with a foot petal, bobbins, panagrams plus other stuff. Is this a good deal?

If it is the MegaQuilter 18.8 (18" throat), it's a great deal. If it's the original MegaQuilter (9" throat), you can find them much cheaper.

BTW - the MegaQuilter 18.8 is made by Tin Lizzie and the MegaQuilter 9" model is made by Janome. Both are identical to the similar Pfaff models (Pfaff GrandQuilter 18.8 and Pfaff GrandQuilter Hobby 1200).

I have the Pfaff 9" model and Grace frame, which I would be willing to sell for $1500. It also includes the stitch regulator and upgraded metal wheels on the carriage. That is, if you want to drive up to Pontiac, Michigan to pick it up.
