I posted a page with a bunch of pictures of a quilt I recently acquired:

Does anyone know the origin of this? How old? What some of those patches mean? What its value is? Thanks.

I believe these are all antique tobacco silks. They would be quite valuable due to the number and types. They came in packs of cigarettes and cartons. I have seen some at antique show $12.-15. each Rare ones go for 50.-75 and up. You need to have this professionally appraised. I think it nay be very valuable. Check here http://www.fabrics.net/LauretteTobaccoQuilts.asp They started giving them in 1912-1915 So this is close to 100 years old.
