I currently live in West Virginia and will be moving to Northwest Georgia this summer. We are taking a trip soon to Dalton. I am looking for quilters in that area. I am particularly interested in long-arm businesses, fabric stores and supplies for quilting. Is there anyone out there who can help?

    Hi,

If you go to the User List on the top of the main page, and select the part for looking up someone by where they live, you can find anyone who says they live in Georgia. I looked up lots of states, and it is fun to see how many there are from different places. Have fun.

Sew bee It in ringgold is a cute quilt shop. Lavender-Lime in Chattanooga is another nice shop.

Also, check out the Creative Arts Guild in Dalton. They may be able to help. I believe there is a quilt shop in Blue Ridge, too.

I don't know of any guilds in Dalton, but there are a few in Chattanooga. Also, at Prater' Mill Fair there is always a group of ladies handquilting. If I come across any of their names I'll let you know.
