I'm just curious to see who is starting a Mystery or BOM for 2011?
I've seen a few but so far only applique - which is not my forte' ...

I think I'm going to start on some paper piecing ones that I saved from the past - the mushrooms from Regina Grewe's site. I don't like to eat them but I just think shrooms are cute!! So I think I'm going to do that one.. I might need to sadly buy some material in browns to pull it off though... I don't think I have enough shades. I will check before I take the plunge since I promised myself to not buy new material if I could help it!

Interested in houses? That is the BOM for this board & blocks will use a variety of techniques. First one was posted on Jan. 1

I believe there is a 'star' one beginning on Jan. 15 here also.

I am going to participate in the Star BOM quilt :) I want to do something out of my comfort zone and points scare me a little so I figured this would be the PERFECT way to accomplish this :)
